Computer Concepts' Impression Style suite can be installed successfully on a Topcat System.

Requirements:    

bulletTopcat Version 1.4 with patch 3 or later patch or later version
bulletImpression !Style version 3.13 stand-alone version - see below
bulletDisc-based RISC OS machine booting from Topcat (ie Ethernet card fitted with a Topcat Client boot rom upgrade - for details click here.)

The only version of Style that should be used is Style 3.13 (latest/last).  Earlier versions will experience problems, especially with regards to large files or files containing sprite/draw files. Upgrades are available from Computer Concepts' sales department (sales@cconcepts.co.uk); users must quote their serial numbers/BPA numbers.

Installation Procedure

Use the following procedure to install !Style on a Topcat system:

bulletUse a machine which has booted from Topcat.
bulletInstall the stand-alone version in the normal way to a location on the NT Server's hard disc.   (NB the network version will NOT work with Topcat.)
bulletFollow the normal installation instructions which come with the package for installation and configuration
