Topcat Version 1.4 has been released today. Until 31st July 1999,
existing registered customers having Topcat Version 1.03 will qualify for a free upgrade,
so please make sure you have registered your copy. If not go
directly to the Register page. 
After 31st July 1999, the upgrade
will cost £350 (+ VAT) to existing Topcat customers (normal price £499).
Proof of purchase will be necessary.
